 Patisserie Workshop at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris

A once in a lifetime opportunity for all bakers! We have planned a wonderful 3 days workshop with the best in the industry to help you better your skills. Le Cordon Bleu, Paris needs no introduction! Anybody in the food business or just interested in cooking, dreams of learning from this iconic institution.

 Here is what we have planned for you:

March 16, 2022: Arrive Paris. You will be transferred to your hotel which will be walking distance to Le Cordon Bleu. Overnight at the hotel. (choice of 3 / 4 / 5 star hotels)

March 17, 2022: Breakfast at the hotel. Morning tasting tour visiting the famous Patisseries of Paris and interacting with the chefs.

2- 8 pm Macaroon and Tart Workshop
Strawberry and black pepper macarons
Chocolate and Raspberry tart, chocolate decoration
Overnight at the hotel.

March 18, 2022: Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning visit to the famous bakery supply shops of Paris.
2- 8 pm Sweets workshop
Moulded chocolate candies Caramel and lemon candies Honey nougat
Overnight at the hotel.
March 19, 2022: Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning free. We have a selection of activities that you may chose or just walk around the city by yourself.

2- 8 pm Choux Pastries and Sugar workshop
Sweet Choux Pastries: Croquembouche Demonstration of Sugar work
Each participant is awarded a personalised Le Cordon Bleu Certificate of Participation, an apron, a tea towel, a hat and a cooler bag by Le Cordon Bleu.
